At Kalafab, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care to deliver premium quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.


✅ ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Received a damaged product

  • Received a wrong product

  • Manufacturing defect

📌 Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.


❌ NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Change of mind / personal preference

  • Slight color difference due to screen resolution

  • Products worn, washed, altered, or without original tags

  • Customized or stitched products (if applicable)

  • Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery


📝 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Email us at hello.kalafab@gmail.com

  2. Mention:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images/video of the product showing the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 working hours


🚚 RETURN PICKUP

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Pickup availability depends on your location


💰 REFUND PROCESS

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product:

    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to:

    • Original payment method (Prepaid orders)

    • Bank account (for COD orders)


🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued


⚠ IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Kalafab reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection
